All appraisal reports prepared by Rochi Llaneza adhere to the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP) and comply with the Principles of Appraisal Practice and Code of Ethics of the International Society of Appraisers (ISA). In accordance with these standards, all reports are confidential, and no portion of any report will be released without the client’s written consent.
Llaneza brings over 40 years of experience in the fine art world. Specialized appraisal valuations are available for Fine Art, including 20th Century and Contemporary works. Appraisals may be used for pricing, charitable donations, estate planning, bankruptcy, insurance, or division of assets. Located in Miami, Florida, evaluations are available worldwide
